The producer recently posted a video of herself breathing in hydrogen on Instagram’s Stories section. One promising tactic to combat inflammation and oxidative stress is hydrogen inhalation therapy, or HIT. 

The city has recently seen an increase in illnesses brought on by the horrific air quality. Due to extensive civil works and construction, the city’s suspended particles from buildings have combined with the emissions from slow-moving automobile traffic.

Ektaa had already praised Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor Khan for her contributions, citing her more than two decades of experience.

She has written and produced over 130 Indian soap operas. “Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi,” “Pavitra Rishta,” “Kahaani Ghar Ghar Ki,” “Bade Acche Lagte Hain,” “Naagin,” “Kundali Bhagya,” and other series are among her well-known productions.
