Assam HS 12th Result 2025 Declared: Check AHSEC Results at ahsec.assam.gov.in, assamresult.in

Guwahati, April 30, 2025: The Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC) has officially announced the Class 12 (HS) results for 2025 today at 9 AM. In addition to the main portal, students who appeared for the Assam Board exams can also check their results on alternative websites – ahsec.assam.gov.in, assamresult.in, and education.indianexpress.com.

This year, over 3 lakh students registered for the Assam Board HS examinations across Science, Arts, Commerce, and Vocational streams. Initially, the exams were conducted from February 13 to March 17, 2025, while the practical exams took place between January 29 and February 10.

Assam HS Result 2025: Pass Percentage

• Science Stream: 84.88% pass rate
• Arts Stream: 81.03% pass rate
• Commerce Stream: 82.18% pass rate
• Vocational Stream: 68.55% pass rate

Notably, the Arts stream had the highest number of candidates (2,30,091), followed by Science (57,724), Commerce (17,869), and Vocational (1,241).

How to Check Assam HS 12th Result 2025 Online?

Method 1: Via Official Websites (ahsec.assam.gov.in, assamresult.in)

1. First, visit ahsec.assam.gov.in or assamresult.in.
2. Then, click on the “Assam HS Result 2025” link.
3. Next, enter your Roll Number and Registration Number.
4. After that, submit the details to view your result.
5. Finally, download and take a printout for future reference.

Method 2: Via Indian Express Education Portal

1. To begin, go to education.indianexpress.com.
2. Subsequently, register with your mobile number and email.
3. Once done, click on the “Assam HS Result 2025” link.
4. Following this, select your board (AHSEC) and enter your roll number.
5. As a result, your scorecard will be displayed and sent to your registered email/mobile.

Important Points for Students

✅ Original Marksheet: First and foremost, students must collect their original mark sheets from their respective schools after 4-5 days.
❌ Failed Candidates: However, students who failed or appeared under the “Certain Subjects” category will not receive a hard copy of the mark sheet. Instead, they must apply separately at the AHSEC office in Guwahati.
📌 College Admissions: Meanwhile, the online result can be used temporarily for admission purposes, but the original mark sheet is mandatory later.
