Fitness Retreats

These are offsite retreats, with some serious fitness regime. It is a scientific program, which uses techniques like Athletics, Calisthenics, Circuit Training, Yoga and Nourishment Orientation. These are 5-7 day programs for those who take their fitness very seriously. The program has a fixed plan that includes sessions by master trainers and a calculated healthy balanced diet.
